Venture Miami Scholarship Fund
Venture Miami and The Miami Foundation partner to launch the “Venture Miami Scholarship Program”. The scholarship provides free tuition to at-need City residents who have been accepted into STEM or identified high wage and in demand programs.

Venture Miami has partnered with eMerge Americans and Silicon Valley Bank to host a series of pitch competitions

Miami-based startups are invited to compete for funding
8 companies will be selected to participate
The grand prize is $15,000, second-place prize of $10,000, third-prize $5,000, and the remaining five participants will each receive $2,000.
Top two companies will fast track into the 2023 eMerge Americas Startup Showcase for the opportunity to win $420,000 investment into their company.
Venture Miami Opportunity Program
The Venture Miami Opportunity Program tackles inequity in tech and entrepreneurship by providing access and resources alongside training and leadership management to 10 female founders of color looking to scale their ventures in the #MiamiTech movement
supporting and investing in female founders of color
The program will host 10 female founders of color in Cohort III starting Feb. 23
The program will consist of 14 weeks of business development, a pitch deck, and a closing Demo Day inviting investors and stakeholders in the Miami venture ecosystem.
After 14 weeks, the founders should know and understand how to craft a captivating pitch, how to perfect an investor deck, and how to build meaningful relationships in the venture capital and investor community.
The program will also support founders to increase their venture’s annual recurring revenue within 18 months of joining the program to prepare for Series-A level investment capital or other forms of significant investment.
